摘要:
目的 分析白內(nèi)障患者的術(shù)前角膜后前表面曲率半徑比值(B/F ratio)的分布特點及其與眼內(nèi)生物參數(shù)的相關(guān)性。為優(yōu)化常規(guī)白內(nèi)障人工晶體(IOL)計算公式和角膜屈光術(shù)后IOL計算公式提供有用的信息。方法 將169名白內(nèi)障患者的182只眼納入了研究,對其術(shù)前的Pentacam眼前節(jié)分析儀和IOL Master的檢查結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計分析,并計算出每只眼的矯正角膜折射指數(shù)。結(jié)果 本研究人群B/F Ratio均值為(82.04±1.68)%,與年齡(rp=0.313,P<0.001)、角膜屈光度(Kp,rp=0.567,P<0.001)、角膜后表面曲率半徑(R2,rp=0.566,P<0.001)成正相關(guān)。矯正角膜屈光指數(shù)(N)為1.322 9~1.330 6(1.328 2±0.001 0)。結(jié)論 本研究樣本的B/F Ratio值、N,與國內(nèi)外同類研究結(jié)果接近,比Gullstrand模型眼的B/F Ratio值、N小。當白內(nèi)障患眼B/F Ratio較低時,需要考慮使用特殊的IOL屈光力計算公式。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of the posterior/anterior corneal curvature radii ratio(B/F ratio)in cataract patients and their correlation with intraocular biological parameters. To provide useful information for optimizing IOL calculation formula of routine cataract and with previous corneal refractive surgery. Methods One hundred and eighty-two eyes of 169 cataract patients were enrolled in the study. The preoperative results of Pentacam and IOL Master were statistically analyzed,and the corrected corneal refraction index of each eye was calculated. Results The average B/F ratio of the population in this study was(82.04±1.68)%,which was positively correlated with age(rp=0.313,P<0.001),Kp(rP=0.567,P<0.001)and posterior corneal curvature radius R2(rp=0.566,P<0.001). Corrected corneal refractive index N was 1.322 9~1.330 6(1.328 2±0.001 0). Conclusion The B/F ratio of the population in this study and the corrected corneal refractive index N are similar to the results ofrelated studies at home and abroad,and smaller than those of Gullstrand model eye. When the B/F ratio is low in cataract eyes,a special IOL refractive power calculation formula should be considered.
