摘要:
目的 探討翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化病人相結(jié)合在醫(yī)學(xué)生體格檢查培訓(xùn)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選擇福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)54名醫(yī)學(xué)生作為觀察對(duì)象,將學(xué)生隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組兩組,觀察組采用翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂結(jié)合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化病人教學(xué)方法,對(duì)照組使用傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法。分析兩組體檢技能和綜合能力及教學(xué)效果差異。結(jié)果 觀察組的技能成績(jī)優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05); 觀察組體檢綜合能力超過(guò)對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05); 觀察組學(xué)生自我教學(xué)效果評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)結(jié)合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化病人在醫(yī)學(xué)生體格檢查培訓(xùn)中效果突出,有助于調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,并突出以學(xué)生為主體的教學(xué)方法,促進(jìn)學(xué)生向?qū)嵺`型思考型轉(zhuǎn)變,具有臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值,促進(jìn)檢體診斷學(xué)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of the combination of flipped classroom and standardized patients in medical student's physical examination training. Methods The method of this study was to choose 58 medical students from Fujian Medical University as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group used flipped classroom combined with standardized patient teaching method, and the control group used traditional teaching methods. The differences of physical examination skills, comprehensive abilities and teaching effects between the two groups were analyzed. Results The results were significant. First, the skill scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group with a significant statistical difference(P=0.001). Second, the comprehensive physical examination ability of the experimental group was higher than the control group with a significant statistical difference(P=0.008). Finally, The self teaching effect evaluation of the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05). According to the results, we can draw a conclusion: flipped classroom teaching combined with standardized patients had an outstanding effect in medical student's physical examination training. Conclusion The method is helpful to arouse student's interest in learning, highlight the teaching method of taking students as the main body, promote student's practical thinking, have clinical application value, and improve the teaching quality of physical examination diagnostics.
