摘要:
目的 探討婦科患者術(shù)后低蛋白血癥的影響因素。方法 回顧性分析我科2021年8月至2022年2月收治的186例婦科手術(shù)患者的臨床資料,探討婦科手術(shù)患者術(shù)后低蛋白血癥的發(fā)生情況及影響因素。結(jié)果 婦科患者術(shù)后低蛋白血癥的發(fā)生率為25.3%。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示:腫瘤良惡性、術(shù)中出血、術(shù)前清蛋白水平是婦科患者術(shù)后發(fā)生低蛋白血癥的獨立影響因素(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 術(shù)前對營養(yǎng)不良患者及早干預(yù)、營養(yǎng)支持,術(shù)中細致操作、減少出血,有望降低術(shù)后低蛋白血癥的發(fā)生率,改善婦科患者的預(yù)后。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of postoperative hypoalbuminemia in gynecological patients.Methods The clinical data of 186 patients undergoing gynecological surgery in our department from August 2021 to February 2022 were analyzed retrospectively to explore the occurrence and influencing factors of hypoproteinemia after surgery.Results The incidence of postoperative hypoalbuminemia in gynecological patients was 25.3%.Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent influencing factors of hypoalbuminemia in gynecological patients include benign or malignant tumor, intraoperative bleeding and preoperative albumin level(P<0.05).Conclusion Early intervention, nutritional support, careful operation during operation and reduction of bleeding for patients with malnutrition before operation are expected to reduce the incidence of postoperative hypoalbuminemia and improve the prognosis of gynecological patients.
