摘要:

目的 探討妊娠晚期產(chǎn)前出血對(duì)妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法 回顧性選取2016年1月至2020年1月我院婦產(chǎn)科妊娠晚期孕婦100例,依據(jù)產(chǎn)前出血情況分為產(chǎn)前出血組(n=50)和產(chǎn)前未出血組(n=50),對(duì)產(chǎn)前出血組孕婦妊娠晚期產(chǎn)前出血發(fā)生原因進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)兩組孕婦的妊娠結(jié)局及新生兒預(yù)后進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 產(chǎn)前出血組孕婦50例中,妊娠晚期產(chǎn)前出血發(fā)生原因?yàn)榍爸锰ケP(pán)25例(50.0%),胎盤(pán)早剝16例(32.0%),宮頸疾病7例(14.0%),前置血管破裂2例(4.0%)。產(chǎn)前出血組孕婦的陰道分娩率顯著低于產(chǎn)前未出血組(P<0.05),剖宮產(chǎn)率、產(chǎn)后出血率、子宮切除率均顯著高于產(chǎn)前未出血組(P<0.05),早產(chǎn)率、胎兒窘迫率、新生兒窒息率、死胎率均顯著高于產(chǎn)前未出血組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 妊娠晚期產(chǎn)前出血可對(duì)妊娠結(jié)局造成不良影響,值得臨床重視。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effect of prenatal hemorrhage in late pregnancy on the outcome of pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 women in late pregnancy in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected retrospectively.According to the situation of prenatal bleeding, they were divided into two groups: prenatal hemorrhage group(n=50)and prenatal non bleeding group(n=50).The causes of antenatal hemorrhage in the late pregnancy of pregnant women in the prenatal hemorrhage group were analyzed, and the pregnancy outcomes and newborn outcomes of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results Of the 50 cases of pregnant women in the prenatal hemorrhage group, 25 cases(50.0%)had placenta previa, 16 cases(32.0%)had abruption of placenta, 7 cases(14.0%)had cervical diseases, and 2 cases(4.0%)had rupture of previa.The vaginal delivery rate of pregnant women of the prenatal hemorrhage group was significantly lower(P<0.05); the cesarean section rate, postpartum hemorrhage rate and hysterectomy rate were significantly higher(P<0.05); the premature delivery rate, fetal distress rate, neonatal asphyxia rate and stillbirth rate were significantly higher than the prenatal non bleeding group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal hemorrhage in late pregnancy will cause adverse effects on the outcome of pregnancy, so it is worthy of clinical attention.
