摘要:
目的 探討高頻超聲與雙能量CT單獨(dú)診斷及聯(lián)合診斷早期痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎的價(jià)值。方法 分別對(duì)50例病程<3個(gè)月的痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者行高頻超聲與雙能量CT檢查,分析高頻超聲診斷早期痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎的聲像圖特征,比較二者的診斷效能,探討聯(lián)合診斷早期痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎的價(jià)值。結(jié)果 高頻超聲對(duì)晶體沉積的檢出率高于雙能量CT(P<0.05)。早期痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎晶體沉積的超聲表現(xiàn)以點(diǎn)狀高回聲最常見,其發(fā)生率高于云霧狀高回聲和“雙軌征”(P<0.05)。將高頻超聲與雙能量CT二者聯(lián)合應(yīng)用診斷早期痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎,優(yōu)于任何單一檢查(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 高頻超聲對(duì)早期痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎診斷較雙能量CT更為敏感,兩種方法聯(lián)合診斷可提高診斷效能。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with dual-energy CT in the diagnosis of early gouty arthritis.Methods High-frequency ultrasound and dual-energy CT were performed on 50 patients with gouty arthritis whose course of disease were less than 3 months.The sonographic characteristics of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of early gouty arthritis were analyzed.The diagnostic efficiency of high-frequency ultrasound and dual-energy CT were compared, and the value of the two methods combined diagnosis of early gouty arthritis was discussed.Results The detection rate of high-frequency ultrasound was higher than that of dual-energy CT(P<0.05).In the early stage of gouty arthritis, the most common ultrasonic manifestations of crystal deposition were pointhigh-echo, which was more than cloud high-echo and “double track sign”(P<0.05).The combination of high-frequency ultrasound and dual-energy CT was superior to any single examination in the diagnosis of early gouty arthritis(P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound is more sensitive than dual-energy CT in the diagnosis of early gouty arthritis.The combination of two diagnostic techniques can improve the diagnosis efficiency.
