摘要:
本文從貫徹科技新政、促進(jìn)成果轉(zhuǎn)化、實(shí)施精準(zhǔn)扶貧、保障生物安全、改革科研績(jī)效、加強(qiáng)文化建設(shè)、恪守科研誠(chéng)信和規(guī)范經(jīng)費(fèi)管理等8個(gè)方面分別闡述基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)科研管理在創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)和轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中所在的歷史方位和所起到的關(guān)鍵性作用,分享了新形勢(shì)下科研管理的探索心得,并提出運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代管理工具指導(dǎo)科研管理實(shí)踐的思路。
Abstract:
Starting from the implementation of the new deal, promoting the transformation of achievements of science and technology, the enforcement of accurate poverty alleviation, safeguarding biological safety, reform of scientific research performance, strengthening cultural construction, adherence to the scientific research integrity and standardization of fund management, the historical azimuth and key role of basic medicine research management for innovation-driven and the transformation of development have been expounded respectively in this paper.It shares exploration experience of scientific research management under the new situation, and puts forward the ideas of using modern management tools to guide the scientific research management practice.
