摘要:: 目的探討超聲引導(dǎo)下麥默通(Mammotome)微創(chuàng)旋切系統(tǒng)在乳腺良性腫塊切除中的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值.方法在超聲引導(dǎo)下應(yīng)用Mammotome乳腺微創(chuàng)旋切系統(tǒng)對(duì)215例患者456個(gè)乳房良性腫塊施行微創(chuàng)旋切術(shù)(試驗(yàn)組);同期對(duì)235例386個(gè)乳房良性腫塊采用傳統(tǒng)乳腺腫物切除術(shù)(對(duì)照組),分別對(duì)兩組手術(shù)情況、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥、美容效果和心理滿意度等進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究.結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組215例456個(gè)病灶均準(zhǔn)確成功切除,美容效果、心理滿意度,試驗(yàn)組均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.01).結(jié)論超聲引導(dǎo)Mammotome微創(chuàng)旋切手術(shù)作為對(duì)乳腺良性病變的治療方式比傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)切除具有明顯優(yōu)越性,具有微創(chuàng)、美容、操作簡(jiǎn)單、安全等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是一種值得推廣的微創(chuàng)手術(shù)方法.

Abstract:: Objective To investigate the clinical application of ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive rotary cutting value system in resection of benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 456 breast benign lesions in 215 patients were resected by using ultrasound-guided breast Mammotome minimally invasive system (test group),meanwhile,386 benign breast tumors in 235 cases were resected by using open surgery (control group).The parameters including operation time,blood loss,complications,the cosmetic effect and psychological satisfaction were compared between the test group and the control group.Results A total of 456 breast benign lesions in 215 patients were resected by using ultrasound-guided breast Mammotome minimally invasive system completely and accurately.Cosmetic effects and psychological satisfaction of the test group were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusions Ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive surgery for benign breast disease is better than open surgery.It has obvious superiority with micro-incision,cosmetic effects,safety,and minimally invasive etc.It is worth to apply for the resection of breast benign tumors.
