摘要:
目的 比較ZXR00與DFT015這兩種不同設計原理的人工晶狀體的實際臨床效果。方法 本研究為回顧性研究,納入2023年1月至2024年1月期間在福州眼科醫(yī)院行白內障超聲乳化摘除術的患者71例。術后3個月,比較兩組患者的裸眼5 m距離遠視力(UDVA)、66 cm中視力(UIVA)、40 cm近視力(UNVA)及遠距離最佳矯正后的遠視力(CDVA)、中視力(DCIVA)、近視力(DCNVA); 通過離焦曲線比較兩組的離焦范圍即近附加屈光力,并借助VF-14視覺質量量表、QoV調查問卷以及光學質量分析系統(tǒng)評估視覺質量。結果 術后3個月,兩組UDVA、CDVA、UIVA、DCIVA均表現(xiàn)出較好的視力,且組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義; ZXR00組UNVA平均值略高于DFT015組,但差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。DFT015組斯特列爾比(SR)值高于ZXR00組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05); 離焦曲線結果顯示,ZXR00組離焦范圍略大于DFT015組。調制傳遞函數(shù)(MTF)曲線顯示DFT015組略優(yōu)于ZXR00組。結論 ZXR00與DFT015人工晶體術后均能獲得良好的遠、中視力。ZXR00人工晶體在近視力、離焦范圍等方面表現(xiàn)略優(yōu),而DFT015組在術后光學性能及視覺穩(wěn)定性等方面更具優(yōu)勢。
Abstract:
Objective This study aims to compare the clinical efficacy of two kinds of intraocular lenses(IOLs)with distinct design principles: ZXR00 and DFT015.Methods This retrospective analysis encompassed 71 patients who underwent cataract phacoemulsification surgery at Fuzhou Eye Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024.Three months postoperatively, the uncorrected distance visual acuity at 5 meters(UDVA), intermediate visual acuity at 66 centimeters(UIVA), and near visual acuity at 40 centimeters(UNVA), as well as the best-corrected distance visual acuity(CDVA), intermediate visual acuity(DCIVA), and near visual acuity(DCNVA)between the two groups were evaluated and compared.Additionally, the defocus range, specifically the near addition refractive power was assessed using defocus curves.Visual quality was evaluated through the VF-14 visual quality scale, the QoV questionnaire, and an optical quality analysis system.Results Three months after surgery, both groups exhibited good vision for UDVA, CDVA, UIVA, and DCIVA, with no statistically significant differences between the groups.The average UNVA in the ZXR00 group was slightly higher than that in the DFT015 group, although this difference was not statistically significant.The strehl ratio(SR)of the DFT015 group was statistically significantly higher than that of the ZXR00 group.Defocus curve results indicated that the defocus range in the ZXR00 group was slightly larger than that in the DFT015 group.The modulation transfer function(MTF)curve showed that the DFT015 group was slightly superior to the ZXR00 group.Conclusion Both ZXR00 and DFT015 intraocular lenses achieve good distance and intermediate vision postoperatively.The ZXR00 lens demonstrates slightly better performance in terms of near vision and defocus range, while the DFT015 lens showes advantages in optical performance and visual stability after surgery.
