摘要:
目的 了解福建師范大學新生參加心肺復蘇和自動體外除顫器(AED)傳統(tǒng)模式培訓前后急救知識知曉情況,評價培訓效果,為師范類院校學生開展急救教育提供思路。方法 由通過急救培訓并獲得救護證的急救專業(yè)醫(yī)生,對2023級533名新生進行心肺復蘇和AED相關知識的傳統(tǒng)培訓(線下理論知識傳授+實踐操作演示),分別于培訓前、培訓后對學生進行考核,并對考核結果進行分析。結果 培訓前心肺復蘇相關知識知曉率的多因素logistic分析顯示,具有研究生學歷新生心肺復蘇知曉率相對本科生較低(P=0.01,OR=0.29),男生心肺復蘇知曉率相對女生較低(P=0.008,OR=0.42)。培訓后新生對心肺復蘇相關知識的知曉率為52.9%,高于培訓前(16.1%),培訓后新生對AED相關知識的知曉率為84.2%,高于培訓前(31.9%),差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P<0.01)。結論 師范類院校學生通過心肺復蘇和AED傳統(tǒng)模式培訓,效果確切。為了更好地在大學生群體中普及大眾急救技能,高校可以根據不同類別學生的特點在傳統(tǒng)模式培訓基礎上探索形式多樣、內容豐富的急救技能培訓。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the awareness of first aid knowledge of freshmen in Fujian Normal University before and after cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automatic external defibrillator(AED)traditional mode training, evaluate the training effect, and provide ideas to carry out first aid education for students in normal colleges.Methods A total of 533 freshmen of grade 2023 received traditional training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and AED related knowledge(offline theoretical knowledge teaching + practical operation demonstration)by emergency doctors who passed the first aid training and obtained the first aid certificate.The students were assessed before and after the training, and the assessment results were analyzed.Results The multivariate logistic analysis of the awareness rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation related knowledge before training showed that the awareness rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation of freshmen with postgraduate education was lower than that of undergraduates(P=0.01, OR=0.29), and the awareness rate of boys was lower than that of girls(P=0.008,OR=0.42).The awareness rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation related knowledge of freshmen after training was 52.9%, higher than that before training(16.1%), and the awareness rate of AED related knowledge of freshmen after training was 84.2%, higher than that before training(31.9%), with statistically significant differences(all P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and traditional mode of AED training for normal university students is obvious.In order to better popularize the public first aid skills among college students, colleges and universities can explore various forms and rich content of first aid skills training based on the characteristics of different types of students and the traditional model training.
