摘要:
目的 調(diào)查漳州市基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)醫(yī)療服務(wù)能力現(xiàn)狀,并分析其相關(guān)影響因素,為進(jìn)一步提升基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)醫(yī)療服務(wù)能力、推進(jìn)分級(jí)診療提供參考。方法 對(duì)漳州市15個(gè)區(qū)(市)縣所有基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)2022年度醫(yī)療服務(wù)能力進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。采用單因素回歸分析與多重線性回歸分析模型研究影響基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)能力的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果 漳州市社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心擁有較多的門診量、開放床位數(shù)、衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人員人數(shù),而鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院則有較多的住院量、鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)師數(shù)。多因素分析顯示,開放床位數(shù)、本科及以上學(xué)歷人數(shù)、藥師(士)人數(shù)、開展檢查檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目數(shù)越多,診療量越高(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 漳州市不同的基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)能力存在差異,需進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)優(yōu)質(zhì)醫(yī)療資源下沉到基層,提高基層醫(yī)療服務(wù)能力。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors related to medical service capabilities of primary medical institutions in Zhangzhou city and provide reference for further improvement of medical service capabilities of primary medical institutions, thus promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The medical service capacity of all primary medical institutions in 15 counties of Zhangzhou city in 2022 was investigated and analyzed.The related factors affecting the service ability of primary medical institutions were studied through single factor and multi-factor linear regression analysis.Results The community healthcare center of Zhangzhou city had a higher number of outpatients, open beds, and health technicians, while township hospitals had more inpatients and rural doctors.Multivariate analysis revealed that there was a significant correlation between the number of open beds, staff with bachelor's degree or above, pharmacists, number of laboratory test items, and the amount of consultation and treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion There are disparities in the service capacity among primary medical institutions in Zhangzhou city.Therefore, it is essential to further promote the allocation of high-quality medical resources at the primary level to enhance their service capacity.
