摘要:
目的 使用錐形線束CT(CBCT)影像技術(shù)分析福州地區(qū)兒童下頜第一乳磨牙牙體及髓腔形態(tài),為乳牙臨床診療及相關(guān)教學(xué)、科研工作提供參考依據(jù)。方法 共納入福州地區(qū)119例患兒的CBCT影像,并使用Mimics、3-matic等軟件分析牙體形態(tài),對牙髓腔進(jìn)行三維重建并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,記錄下頜第一乳磨牙根管數(shù)目及分布情況、根分叉處髓室高度、髓室頂及髓室底厚度,對比以上數(shù)據(jù)是否存在性別差異,統(tǒng)計(jì)牛牙樣牙發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 下頜第一乳磨牙近中2個(gè)根管、遠(yuǎn)中2個(gè)根管牙齒占比最高為48.8%,左右側(cè)根管數(shù)量及分布相同的比例為81.8%,不同性別患兒的根管分布差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05); 不同性別患兒的根分叉處髓室頂、髓室底厚度及髓室高度差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05); 牛牙樣牙發(fā)生率為4.72%。結(jié)論 本研究中福州地區(qū)下頜第一乳磨牙以近中2個(gè)根管、遠(yuǎn)中2個(gè)根管的類型最為常見,且多數(shù)患兒左右側(cè)根管數(shù)量及分布情況相同。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze tooth hard tissue and pulp cavity morphology of primary mandibular first molar(PMFM)in children from Fuzhou region by cone beam CT(CBCT), and to provide reference for clinical treatment and oral related teaching and research work. Methods CBCT images of 119 pediatric patients were included, and tooth morphology was analyzed using software such as Mimics and 3-matic. Pulp cavity was reconstructed in three dimensional and the data were analyzed. The number and distribution of root canals, the height of the pulp chamber at the root bifurcation, and the thickness of the pulp chamber roof and floor were recorded. The gender differences in the above data were compared, and the incidence of taurodontism was analyzed statistically. Results The highest proportion of PMFM with two mesial and two distal root canals was 48.8%, and the proportion of teeth with the same number and distribution of left and right root canals was 81.8%. There were statistical differences in the number and distribution of root canals between different genders(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the thickness of the roof and floor of pulp chamber and the height of the pulp chamber between different genders(P>0.05). The incidence of taurodontism was 4.72%. Conclusion In this study, the most common types of PMFM in Fuzhou region were two mesial and two distal root canals, and the number and distribution of left and right root canals were the same in most cases.
