摘要:
目的 探討CAAP-AF評(píng)分聯(lián)合心外膜脂肪組織(EAT)厚度對(duì)Graves'病合并房顫患者導(dǎo)管消融術(shù)后早期復(fù)發(fā)的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。方法 回顧性分析于我院行導(dǎo)管消融的Graves'病合并房顫患者41例,計(jì)算CAAP-AF評(píng)分并測(cè)量EAT厚度。按照術(shù)后患者有無復(fù)發(fā)分為早期復(fù)發(fā)組和無早期復(fù)發(fā)組。采用受試者工作特征(ROC)曲線分析CAAP-AF評(píng)分、EAT厚度及兩者聯(lián)合預(yù)測(cè)Graves'病合并房顫患者導(dǎo)管消融術(shù)后早期復(fù)發(fā)的價(jià)值。結(jié)果 導(dǎo)管消融術(shù)后10例患者出現(xiàn)早期復(fù)發(fā),31例無早期復(fù)發(fā)。多因素logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,CAAP-AF評(píng)分和EAT厚度是Graves'病合并房顫患者導(dǎo)管消融術(shù)后早期復(fù)發(fā)的獨(dú)立影響因素。CAAP-AF評(píng)分、EAT厚度及兩者聯(lián)合預(yù)測(cè)Graves'病合并房顫患者導(dǎo)管消融術(shù)后早期復(fù)發(fā)的ROC曲線下面積分別為0.90、0.87、0.94。結(jié)論 CAAP-AF評(píng)分和EAT厚度是Graves'病合并房顫患者導(dǎo)管消融術(shù)后早期復(fù)發(fā)的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素,兩者聯(lián)合可提高對(duì)Graves'病合并房顫患者導(dǎo)管消融術(shù)后早期復(fù)發(fā)的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the predictive value of CAAP-AF score combined with epicardial adipose tissue(EAT)thickness for early recurrence after catheter ablation in patients with Graves'disease and atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 41 patients with Graves'disease and atrial fibrillation who underwent catheter ablation in our Hospital were enrolled. The CAAP-AF score of each patient was calculated and the EAT thickness was measured. According to the postoperative follow-up outcomes, the patients were divided into early recurrence group and no early recurrence group. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the value of CAAP-AF score, EAT thickness and their combination in predicting early recurrence after catheter ablation. Results A total of 10 patients had early recurrence, and 31 patients had no early recurrence. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that CAAP-AF score and EAT thickness were independent influencing factors for early recurrence after catheter ablation in patients with Graves'disease and atrial fibrillation. The area under the ROC curve of CAAP-AF score, EAT thickness and the combination of CAAP-AF for predicting early recurrence after catheter ablation were 0.90, 0.87 and 0.94, respectively. Conclusion CAAP-AF score and EAT thickness are independent risk factors for early recurrence after catheter ablation in patients with Graves'disease and atrial fibrillation, and the combination of the two can improve the predictive value of early recurrence after catheter ablation.
