摘要:
腫瘤成為危害人類健康的主要原因,其發(fā)生發(fā)展與免疫炎癥密切相關。Ca2+/CaN/NFAT信號通路是目前已知的免疫炎癥通路,可促進多種免疫細胞活化,介導免疫炎癥因子釋放,進而影響機體的免疫功能。目前,Ca2+/CaN/NFAT信號通路在腫瘤中的存在和作用越來越受關注。多項研究表明與該通路與腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關。故本文從Ca2+/CaN/NFAT信號通路概述、信號通路對腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展的影響、信號通路對腫瘤免疫炎癥的作用及與信號通路相關藥物在防治腫瘤中的作用四方面進行綜述,以期為臨床防治腫瘤提供新視角新靶點。
