摘要:
目的 解決醫(yī)學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中存在的實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)少、學(xué)生技能操作能力不足等問(wèn)題,探索“早臨床”實(shí)踐課程的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 面向53名本科生開展“早臨床”實(shí)踐教學(xué)活動(dòng),參加實(shí)踐的醫(yī)學(xué)生通過(guò)跟隨臨床帶教老師參與到門急診和病房的臨床診療工作,觀摩交接班、臨床查房、收入院、術(shù)前談話、健康宣教等醫(yī)療過(guò)程。結(jié)果 參加“早臨床”實(shí)踐的醫(yī)學(xué)生實(shí)踐前后的臨床知識(shí)、臨床認(rèn)知、職業(yè)使命感和溝通能力等方面較實(shí)踐前都有明顯的提升,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.01)。學(xué)生再次參加“早臨床”實(shí)踐的意愿為96.2%。結(jié)論 “早臨床”實(shí)踐課程教學(xué)效果佳,值得在醫(yī)學(xué)院校的臨床教學(xué)中推廣應(yīng)用。
Abstract:
Objective To solve the problems of limited practical opportunities and insufficient operational capability of students in the cultivation of medical talents, and to explore the application value of early clinical practice courses.Methods Early clinical practice teaching activities were conducted among 53 undergraduate students.Following their clinical instructors, these students participated in clinical diagnosis and treatment work in outpatient, emergency, and ward settings, observing medical processes such as shift handover, clinical rounds, admission to the hospital, preoperative conversations, and health education.Results Medical students who participated in early clinical practice showed significant improvement in clinical knowledge, clinical cognition, professional mission, and communication skills after practice, compared with those before practice, with a statistically significant increase(P<0.01).96.2% of them were willing to participate in early clinical practice again.Conclusion Early clinical practice course has a good teaching effect and is worth promoting and applying in clinical teaching in medical colleges.
