摘要:
目的 評價(jià)磁共振3D space序列在膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板放射狀撕裂中的診斷價(jià)值,提高對此病的影像認(rèn)識(shí),為臨床診療提供幫助。方法 回顧性分析29例經(jīng)關(guān)節(jié)鏡證實(shí)的膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板放射狀撕裂患者的磁共振資料; 對比常規(guī)磁共振2D序列與3D space序列在半月板放射狀撕裂病變中的診斷效能,使用Fisher確切概率法對兩種方法診斷半月板放射狀撕裂的準(zhǔn)確率進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 3D space序列和常規(guī)2D序列診斷半月板放射狀撕裂的準(zhǔn)確率分別為96.7%(29/30)、80.0%(24/30),3D space序列診斷準(zhǔn)確率高于常規(guī)2D序列,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 3D space序列在半月板放射狀撕裂的診斷中具有較高價(jià)值,其診斷效能優(yōu)于2D序列。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance 3D space sequence in radial meniscus tear of the knee joint, improve the image recognition of this disease, and provide help for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The MRI data of 29 patients with knee meniscus radial tear confirmed by arthroscopy were analyzed retrospectively. The diagnostic efficacy of conventional MRI 2D sequence and 3D space sequence in detecting meniscal radial tears, and the accuracy of the two methods in diagnosing meniscal radial tears were compared. Results The diagnostic accuracy of 3D space sequence and conventional 2D sequence was 96.7%(29/30)and 80.0%(24/30), respectively. The diagnostic accuracy of 3D space sequence was higher than that of conventional 2D sequence, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion 3D space sequence is of high value in the diagnosis of radial meniscus tear, and its diagnostic efficiency is better than 2D sequence.
