摘要:
目的 探討成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子19(FGF19)在結(jié)直腸癌中的表達(dá)及其預(yù)測結(jié)直腸癌神經(jīng)侵犯及脈管癌栓可行性。方法 選取我院2015—2016年結(jié)直腸癌手術(shù)后標(biāo)本60例,取癌組織及癌旁組織,應(yīng)用免疫組化分析兩者FGF19蛋白的表達(dá)情況,并分析FGF19表達(dá)與病理參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系; 應(yīng)用ROC曲線觀察FGF19預(yù)測結(jié)直腸癌神經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)移及脈管癌栓情況; 應(yīng)用GEPIA公共數(shù)據(jù)庫生物信息學(xué)平臺分析FGF19表達(dá)與結(jié)直腸癌患者生存期及無疾病生存期曲線。結(jié)果 FGF19在結(jié)直腸癌組織表達(dá)明顯高于癌旁組織; FGF19高表達(dá)組脈管癌栓、神經(jīng)侵犯明顯高于低表達(dá)組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.01); FGF19高表達(dá)組年齡明顯低于低表達(dá)組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.01); ROC曲線提示FGF19>65時,預(yù)測神經(jīng)侵犯及脈管癌栓敏感性及特異性均較高。結(jié)論 FGF19表達(dá)與結(jié)直腸癌的脈管癌栓及神經(jīng)侵犯關(guān)系密切,可作為脈管癌栓及神經(jīng)侵犯的預(yù)測因子。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression of fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19) in colorectal cancer and whether there is a correlation between it and the clinicopathological parameters of colorectal cancer. Methods Sixty postoperative colorectal cancer specimens were selected from our hospital between 2015 and 2016, and cancerous and paracancerous tissues were taken, and the expression of FGF19 protein in both was analyzed by immunohistochemistry; and the relationship between FGF19 protein and pathological parameters was analyzed; ROC curves were used to observe neural metastasis and vascular cancer embolism by FGF19 in colorectal cancer; The GEPIA public database bioinformatics platform was adopted to analyze the expression of FGF19 and its association with overall survival and disease-free survival curves in patients with colorectal cancer. Results FGF19 was significantly higher in colorectal cancer tissues than in paracancerous tissues; vascular cancer thrombosis and nerve invasion were significantly higher in the FGF19 high expression group than that in the low expression group(P<0.01); the age of the FGF19 high expression group was significantly lower than that of the low expression group(P<0.01); the sensitivity and specificity of the ROC curve suggested that the prediction of nerve invasion and vascular thrombosis was higher when FGF19 was >65. Conclusion FGF19 protein is positively correlated with vascular cancer thrombosis and nerve invasion in colorectal cancer, and can be used as a predictor of them.
