摘要:
目的 比較基于虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)培訓(xùn)對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生初級(jí)創(chuàng)傷救治(PTC)培訓(xùn)的教學(xué)效果。方法 以福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)90名本科生為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)(VR)教學(xué)組和傳統(tǒng)組, 每組各45例。VR組結(jié)合VR技術(shù)進(jìn)行PTC培訓(xùn),傳統(tǒng)組采用演示文稿及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)教學(xué)模式進(jìn)行培訓(xùn); 分別在培訓(xùn)前后進(jìn)行技能評(píng)估與理論測(cè)試。結(jié)果 培訓(xùn)后,兩組理論測(cè)試成績比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=1.971,P=0.462); 但VR組技能評(píng)估成績高于傳統(tǒng)組(t=-3.482,P<0.001)。與傳統(tǒng)組相比,VR組的學(xué)生獲得了更高的學(xué)習(xí)效益。VR體驗(yàn)感評(píng)分顯示:96%的學(xué)生對(duì)VR教學(xué)方式感到滿意。結(jié)論 基于VR培訓(xùn)提高了醫(yī)學(xué)生PTC的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the efficacy of virtual reality(VR)-based and traditional models on primary trauma care(PTC) training for medical students.Methods Ninety undergraduates from Fujian Medical University were randomly allocated to the VR group or traditional group(n=45): the VR group was trained using VR techniques, while the traditional group was trained using a PowerPoint combined with live teaching.Then, skill and theory tests were assessed before and after training.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups concerning the theoretical test scores(P=0.462). However, the skill assessment scores were significantly higher in the VR group than those in the traditional group(P<0.001). The VR group reported higher learning gain.In the VR group, 43/45(96%)students were satisfied with the VR teaching mode.Conclusion The training based on the VR technique improves the teaching quality of PTC training for medical students.
