摘要:
目的 分析血漿妊娠特異性β1糖蛋白(SP1)、可溶性FMS樣酪氨酸激酶-1(sFlt1)、生長(zhǎng)激素釋放肽(Ghrelin)與早發(fā)型重度子癇前期患者胎兒生長(zhǎng)受限(FGR)的關(guān)系。方法 回顧性分析我院2018年9月至2020年9月收治的73例早發(fā)型重度子癇前期患者的臨床資料,根據(jù)胎兒生長(zhǎng)受限情況將其分為FGR組(n=41)和非FGR組(n=32),對(duì)比兩組孕婦血漿SP1、sFlt1、Ghrelin水平,采用Pearson相關(guān)性分析血漿SP1、sFlt1、Ghrelin水平與胎兒體質(zhì)量的相關(guān)性,采用ROC曲線分析血漿SP1、sFlt1、Ghrelin對(duì)早發(fā)型重度子癇前期患者胎兒生長(zhǎng)受限的預(yù)測(cè)效能。結(jié)果 FGR組血漿SP1水平明顯低于非FGR組(P<0.05),F(xiàn)GR組血漿sFlt1、Ghrelin水平明顯高于非FGR組(P<0.05)。胎兒體質(zhì)量與血漿sFlt1、Ghrelin呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P<0.05),與血漿SP1呈正相關(guān)(P<0.05)。SP1、sFlt1、Ghrelin曲線AUC明顯大于參考線(P<0.05),其cut-off值為95.88 mg/L、33.83 μg/L、16.54 μg/L。結(jié)論 血漿SP1、sFlt1、Ghrelin與早發(fā)型重度子癇前期患者FGR關(guān)系緊密,血漿SP1、sFlt1、Ghrelin水平還能有效預(yù)測(cè)FGR的發(fā)生,具有較高臨床檢測(cè)價(jià)值。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the relationship of plasma pregnancy-specific β1 glycoprotein (SP1), soluble FMS-like tyrosine kinase-1 (sFlt1) and growth hormone releasing peptide (Ghrelin)with fetal growth restriction (FGR) in patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia. Methods The clinical data of 73 patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia who were treated in the hospital between September 2018 and September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into FGR group (n=41) and non-FGR group(n=32)according to fetal growth restriction. The levels of plasma SP1, sFlt1 and Ghrelin were compared between the two groups of pregnant women. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between plasma SP1, sFlt1 and Ghrelin levels and fetal body mass, and ROC curve was adopted to analyze the predictive efficiency of plasma SP1, sFlt1, and Ghrelin on fetal growth restriction in patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia. Results The plasma SP1 level in FGR group was significantly lower than that in non-FGR group (P<0. 05) while the plasma sFlt1 and Ghrelin levels were significantly higher than those in non-FGR group (P<0. 05). Fetal body mass was negatively correlated with plasma sFlt1 and Ghrelin (P<0. 05), and was positively correlated with plasma SP1 (P<0. 05). The AUCs of SP1, sFlt1 and Ghrelin curves were significantly larger than the reference lines (P<0. 05), and the cut-off values were 95. 88 mg/L, 33. 83 μg/L and 16. 54 μg/L. Conclusion Plasma SP1, sFlt1 and Ghrelin are closely related to FGR in patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia. Plasma SP1, sFlt1 and Ghrelin levels can also effectively predict the occurrence of FGR and have high clinical detection value.
