摘要:
目的 研究PI3K/AKT/mTOR信號通路及細(xì)胞周期蛋白在頭頸部人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)相關(guān)鱗癌中表達(dá)。方法 選擇頭頸部鱗癌組織40例,其中HPV相關(guān)鱗癌20例,非HPV相關(guān)鱗癌20例,同時以20例正常鱗狀上皮為對照組,免疫組化檢測癌組織與正常組織PI3K、AKT、mTOR、細(xì)胞周期蛋白cyclin D1、cyclin B1、cyclin E表達(dá)。結(jié)果 20例HPV相關(guān)鱗癌組織中PI3K、AKT、mTOR、cyclin D1、cyclin B1、cyclin E蛋白表達(dá)明顯高于正常鱗狀上皮組織(P<0.01);與非HPV相關(guān)鱗癌相比,HPV相關(guān)鱗癌組織中蛋白表達(dá)增加(P<0.01)。結(jié)論 頭頸部HPV相關(guān)鱗癌中PI3K/AKT/mTOR信號通路激活,細(xì)胞周期蛋白cyclin D1、cyclin B1、cyclin E蛋白表達(dá)增加,表明PI3K/AKT/mTOR通路通過細(xì)胞周期蛋白參與鱗癌的發(fā)病過程,可能為治療的靶點(diǎn)之一。
