摘要:
目的 分析探討醫(yī)教協(xié)同背景下省屬醫(yī)學(xué)院校臨床教師教學(xué)困境及能力培養(yǎng)路徑。方法 通過對福建省各級三甲醫(yī)院臨床教師進行調(diào)查問卷,調(diào)查目前臨床教師教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀和問題。結(jié)果 調(diào)查結(jié)果表明80.2%臨床教師熱愛教學(xué),但認為醫(yī)療工作壓力大,教學(xué)投入精力少,教學(xué)能力欠缺,并就目前教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀提出困惑。結(jié)論 臨床教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量優(yōu)劣直接決定醫(yī)學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量高低,教師、教研室、醫(yī)院、學(xué)校應(yīng)落實主體責(zé)任,在提高發(fā)展動力、優(yōu)化培養(yǎng)模式、豐富交流平臺等方面為臨床教師教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)提供核心驅(qū)動力。
Abstract:
Objective To explore on the training system of teaching ability of clinical teachers in provincial medical colleges from the perspective of medicine-education cooperation.Methods Through a questionnaire survey for clinical teachers in the provincial and municipal hospitals in Fujian Province, the teaching status and problems of clinical teachers were investigated.Results A total of 80.2% clinical teachers loved teaching, but they thought that the medical work pressure was high, so that there was less effort on the teaching tasks.At the same time, they thought that their teaching ability was insufficient, and put forward the confusion on the present teaching situation.Conclusion The teaching quality of clinical teachers directly determines the quality of medical personnel training.Therefore, it is suggested to improve the impetus of development, optimize cultivation mode and enrich communication platform to promote the comprehensive development of clinical teaching ability.
