摘要:
目的 探討海馬損傷對(duì)奧氮平治療首發(fā)精神分裂癥患者效果的影響。方法 對(duì)首發(fā)精神分裂癥患者進(jìn)行海馬磁共振質(zhì)子波譜分析,并據(jù)此分為海馬損傷組及海馬正常組各15例,兩組患者均采用奧氮平治療,分別在治療前及治療6個(gè)月后選擇使用陽性和陰性癥狀量表(PANSS)對(duì)患者精神分裂程度進(jìn)行分析,內(nèi)容涉及陰性癥狀、陽性癥狀、一般精神病理和總分。結(jié)果 與海馬正常組比較,海馬損傷組奧氮平治療前后PANSS評(píng)分中各項(xiàng)評(píng)分差值降低得更小,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 有海馬損傷的首發(fā)精神分裂癥患者,奧氮平治療的效果更差。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of hippocampal injury on olanzapine in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia.Methods Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy was performed in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.According to this, 30 cases were divided into hippocapus injury group and normal hippocampus group respectively, there were 15 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with olanzapine, positive and negative symptom scales(PANSS)were used to analyze the degree of schizophrenia before and after treatment for 6 months. The content covered negative symptoms, positive symptoms, psychopathology and total scores.Results Compared with the normal hippocampal group, the differences of PANSS scores in the hippocampal injury group were smaller before and after olanzapine treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine is less effective in first-episode schizophrenia with hippocampal damage.
