目的 探討溶質(zhì)載體家族12A5基因（SLC12A5）在腎透明細(xì)胞癌組織中的表達(dá)及臨床意義。 方法 采用癌基因圖譜（TCGA）數(shù)據(jù)分析SLC12A5 mRNA在腎透明細(xì)胞癌和正常組織中的表達(dá)差異。應(yīng)用 Kaplan-Meier法和Cox回歸分析法分析SLC12A5 mRNA表達(dá)水平與腎透明細(xì)胞癌患者預(yù)后的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果 腎透明細(xì)胞癌組織中SLC12A5 mRNA的表達(dá)水平顯著高于正常組織，且與腎透明細(xì)胞癌患者總生存時(shí)間呈負(fù)相關(guān)。 結(jié)論 SLC12A5 mRNA在腎透明細(xì)胞癌組織高表達(dá)，且與患者預(yù)后顯著相關(guān)。該指標(biāo)可作為預(yù)測腎透明細(xì)胞癌患者預(yù)后的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。
- Abstract:

Objective To investigated the mRNA expression of SLC12A5 and its clinical significance in clear cell renal cell(CCRC) carcinoma patients． Methods The expression of SLC12A5 between clear cell renal cell carcinoma tissues and normal tissues based on the data from TCGA dataset were compared．Kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox analysis were performed to determine the prognosis value in clear cell renal cell carcinoma． Results The expression of SLC12A5 was higher in clear cell renal cell carcinoma tissues than that in normal tissues，and was negatively associated with the OS of patients with CCRC. Conclusion SLC12A5 mRNA expression is higher in clear cell renal cell carcinoma tissues than that in normal tissues，and is significantly related with the prognosis of patients，and is an independent risk factor for clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
