摘要:
目的 探討小劑量激素聯(lián)合米諾環(huán)素治療重度痤瘡的臨床價(jià)值。方法 選取2017年1月至2018年12月就診我科門診的重度痤瘡患者148例,分為治療組(鹽酸米諾環(huán)素膠囊聯(lián)合小劑量激素)和對照組(鹽酸米諾環(huán)素膠囊),觀察兩組患者治療后2周及12周的療效、痤瘡綜合分級系統(tǒng)(global acne grading system,GAGS)評分和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 治療2周后,治療組GAGS綜合分值改善程度優(yōu)于對照組(P<0.05); 其治療有效率為60.00%,顯著高于對照組的38.10%,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=6.94,P<0.01)。治療后12周,治療組GAGS綜合分值改善程度仍優(yōu)于對照組(P<0.05); 治療有效率為88.24%,亦顯著高于對照組的63.49%,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=12.78,P<0.01)。結(jié)論 小劑量激素聯(lián)合米諾環(huán)素治療重度痤瘡效果較佳,能夠在短時間內(nèi)控制病情,顯著降低GAGS評分,并能提高治療有效率,且無嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical value of low-dose hormone combined with minocycline in the treatment of severe acne.Methods A total of 148 patients with severe acne who visited our outpatient department from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into treatment group(treated with minoxicycline hydrochloride capsule combined with low-dose hormone)and control group(treated with minoxicycline hydrochloride capsule).The efficacy of 2 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, the global acne grading system(GAGS)score and poor response were observed.Results After two weeks of treatment, the improvement of GAGS score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the treatment group was 60.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(38.10%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=6.94,P<0.01).At 12 weeks, the improvement of GAGS score in the treatment group was still significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment effective rate in the treatment group was 88.24%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.49%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=12.78,P<0.01).Conclusion Low-dose hormone combined with minocycline has better in the treatment of severe acne.It can control the condition in a short time, significantly reduce the GAGS score, and improve the treatment efficiency without serious adverse reactions.
