摘要:
目的 研究腹腔鏡下卵巢腫瘤剝除術(shù)對卵巢儲備功能的影響。方法 選取我院2017年1月至2019年12月收治的卵巢良性腫瘤患者51例進行回顧性分析。將其分為兩組,25例為卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫(ovarian endometrioma,OMA),26例為非卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫(non-endometrioma, non-OMA),比較術(shù)前及術(shù)后1個月血清抗苗勒氏管激素(anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH)水平,評估腹腔鏡下卵巢腫瘤剝除術(shù)對卵巢儲備功能的影響。結(jié)果 年齡與術(shù)前血清AMH水平呈顯著負相關(guān)性(P<0.001); 體質(zhì)指數(shù)(body mass index, BMI)與AMH無相關(guān)性; 兩組術(shù)后AMH水平均較術(shù)前顯著下降(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 腹腔鏡下卵巢腫瘤剝除術(shù)對卵巢儲備能力產(chǎn)生負面影響。
Abstract:
Objective To determine whether ovarian reserve is compromised after laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods A retrospective study was conducted among 51 women who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy at Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, South Branch of Fujian Provincial Hospital, China, between January 1st, 2017 and December 15th, 2019.The patients were divided into ovarian endometrioma(OMA)group(n=25)and non-endometrioma(non-OMA)group(n=26).Serum level of anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)was measured to assess ovarian function before undergoing the procedure(baseline)and at one month after surgery(postoperative period).Results Age was negatively correlated with the serum AMH level at baseline(P<0.001).No correlation was found between AMH and body mass index(BMI).Serum AMH levels were lower in the postoperative period versus the preoperative period in both two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy compromised ovarian reserve.
