摘要:
目的 優(yōu)選復方板藍根利咽顆粒稠浸膏的干燥工藝。方法 以HPLC法分別同步測定復方板藍根利咽顆粒稠浸膏、干膏粉中6個指標成分含量及特征圖譜,采用單因素和正交試驗法,以特征圖譜與原液相似度、19個特征峰折算峰面積比值之和、6個成分平均轉(zhuǎn)移率的綜合得分為指標,考察常壓干燥、真空干燥、噴霧干燥對干膏粉質(zhì)量的影響,優(yōu)選稠浸膏的干燥工藝。結(jié)果 3種干燥方法的最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)分別為:常壓干燥的溫度60 ℃; 真空干燥的真空度-0.085~-0.095 MPa,溫度50 ℃; 噴霧干燥的噴霧空氣流量50 m3/h、進氣溫度145 ℃、送液速率30%。3種干燥方法最優(yōu)參數(shù)的綜合得分分別為96.20、100.00、100.07。結(jié)論 復方板藍根利咽顆粒稠浸膏的干燥工藝可選用優(yōu)選的真空干燥或噴霧干燥。優(yōu)選的干燥工藝穩(wěn)定可行,參數(shù)科學合理,為該中藥制劑的稠浸膏干燥方法提供依據(jù)。
Abstract:
Objective To optimize the drying process of Compound Banlangen Liyan Granules thick extract.Methods HPLC method was used to simultaneously determine the contents of six index components and characteristic map compared with the original solution in Compound Banlangen Liyan Granules thick extract and dry cream powder.Single factor and orthogonal test methods were used to optimize the drying process of the thick extract,which took the comprehensive score of the similarity of characteristic maps,the sum of the converted peak area ratios of 19 characteristic peaks and the average transfer rate of 6 components as indicators to investigate the effects of atmospheric drying, vacuum drying and spray drying on the quality of dry paste powder.Results The optimum process parameters of the three drying methods were atmospheric drying temperature 60 ℃; vacuum drying vacuum degree -0.085~-0.095 MPa, temperature 50 ℃; spray drying spray air flow 50 m3/h, the intake air temperature 145 ℃, and the liquid feeding rate 30%. The comprehensive scores of the optimal parameters of the three drying methods were 96.20,100.00 and 100.07,respectively.Conclusion The drying process of the Compound Banlangen Liyan Granules thick extract can be vacuum drying or spray drying.The optimized drying process is stable and feasible, and the parameters are scientific and reasonable, providing a basis for the thick extract drying method of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
