摘要:
目的 評估無創(chuàng)呼吸機支持治療對急診科急性呼吸衰竭患者的療效。方法 將本院急診重癥病房2017年1月至2018年11月救治的74例急性呼吸衰竭患者隨機分為兩組,對照組采用常規(guī)治療,觀察組則加用無創(chuàng)呼吸機支持治療。對治療前和治療72 h后的動脈血氧飽和度和動脈血氧分壓、臨床總有效率進行比較。結果 治療后觀察組動脈血氧飽和度與動脈血氧分壓較對照組更高(P<0.05)。臨床總有效率較對照組高(P<0.05)。結論 急診科的急性呼吸衰竭患者應用無創(chuàng)呼吸機支持治療,臨床療效確切并能顯著改善患者的動脈血氧飽和度等指標。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of noninvasive ventilator support technique in the treatment of acute respiratory failure in emergency department.Methods A total of 74 patients with acute respiratory failure treated in emergency intensive care unit from January 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine treatment group, and the observation group was treated with noninvasive respiratory support therapy.The total effective rate of arterial oxygen saturation and partial pressure of arterial oxygen before and 72 hours after treatment were compared.Results The arterial oxygen saturation and arterial partial pressure of oxygen in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of noninvasive respiratory support therapy in patients with acute respiratory failure in emergency department has a definite clinical effect and can significantly improve the arterial oxygen saturation of patients.
