摘要:
目的 研究特發(fā)性黃斑前膜患者的斜坡角與視力的相關(guān)性。方法 回顧性分析我院52例(62眼)白內(nèi)障合并特發(fā)性黃斑前膜患者的臨床資料。手術(shù)均由同一術(shù)者完成,采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的白內(nèi)障超聲乳化+人工晶體植入術(shù)。術(shù)后使用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)視力表檢查最佳矯正視力(BCVA),再轉(zhuǎn)換為最小分辨角的對(duì)數(shù)視力(LogMAR)進(jìn)行分析。應(yīng)用光學(xué)相干斷層掃描儀(OCT)測(cè)量患者黃斑中心凹厚度(CFT)、鼻側(cè)斜坡角(NSA)及顳側(cè)斜坡角(TSA)。結(jié)果 CFT與LogMAR具有顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.478,P=0.001)。當(dāng)NSA≥22°,NSA與LogMAR具有顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.633,P=0.005); 當(dāng)NSA<22°時(shí),NSA與LogMAR具有顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.629,P=0.000)。當(dāng)TSA≥22°,TSA與LogMAR具有顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.611,P=0.012); 當(dāng)TSA<22°時(shí),TSA與LogMAR 具有顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.582,P=0.000)。結(jié)論 斜坡角與BCVA具有顯著的相關(guān)性。通過分析觀察黃斑前膜患者斜坡角,有助于客觀預(yù)測(cè)患者視功能水平。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation between macular slope angle(SA)and visual acuity in patients with idiopathic epiretinal membrane(IERM).Methods A total of 62 eyes of 52 patients who were diagnosed as IERM and underwent phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation were analyzed.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)after cataract surgery was examined using the international standard visual acuity chart, and then converted to LogMAR visual acuity for analysis.Optical coherence tomography(OCT)was used to measure the cental foveal thickness(CFT), nasal slope angle(NSA)and temporal slope angle(TSA).Results Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between CFT and LogMAR(r=0.478, P=0.001).Significant positive correlation between NSA and LogMAR(r=0.633, P=0.005)were observed when NSA≥22°, and there was a significant negative correlation between NSA and LogMAR(r=-0.629,P=0.000)when NSA<22°.TSA was positively correlated with LogMAR(r=0.611,P=0.012)when TSA≥22°, and there was a significant negative correlation between TSA and LogMAR(r=-0.582,P=0.000)when TSA<22°.Conclusion The macular SA was significantly correlated with BCVA.It may be a novel indicators to predict the level of visual function by analyzing the macular SA in patients with IERM.
