摘要:
目的 分析核酸檢測(cè)(NAT)單反應(yīng)性獻(xiàn)血者的歸隊(duì)情況。方法 回溯2012-2017年我 中心無償獻(xiàn)血者血液NAT單反應(yīng)性和鑒別情況,以我中心在2016-2017年歸隊(duì)的233名獻(xiàn)血者為 研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行ALT速率法檢測(cè),HBV、HCV、HIV、梅毒螺旋體(TP)兩種不同廠家ELISA試劑檢 測(cè),HBV、HCV、HIV單人份NAT檢測(cè)。并對(duì)其中歸隊(duì)檢測(cè)反應(yīng)性的11名獻(xiàn)血者進(jìn)行追蹤檢測(cè)。 結(jié)果 2012-2017年491 159名無償獻(xiàn)血者,0.33%血液NAT檢測(cè)單反應(yīng)性,其中30%鑒別為HBV DNA。233名歸隊(duì)獻(xiàn)血者中,24.5%(57/233)歸隊(duì)檢測(cè)反應(yīng)性,75.5%(176/233)歸隊(duì)檢測(cè)非反應(yīng) 性。233名歸隊(duì)獻(xiàn)血者中,76名既往鑒別為HBV DNA,44.7%(34/76)歸隊(duì)檢測(cè)非反應(yīng)性; 157名 既往鑒別為不可鑒別,90.4%(142/157)歸隊(duì)檢測(cè)非反應(yīng)性。11名追蹤試驗(yàn)獻(xiàn)血者追蹤檢測(cè)結(jié) 果為反應(yīng)性8名,非反應(yīng)性3名。結(jié)論 核酸檢測(cè)單反應(yīng)性獻(xiàn)血者歸隊(duì)有其必要性和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義; 血站應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,建立適合的核酸檢測(cè)單反應(yīng)性獻(xiàn)血者歸隊(duì)策略并不斷完善。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze reentry of blood donors by single NAT reactive.Methods Single NAT reactive and identification of volunteer blood donors in Fujian Blood Center from 2012 to 2017 were looked back.A total of 233 blood donors returned to be tested again in 2016-2017.All the samples were tested with ALT rate, HBV,HCV, HIV and TP by ELISA reagents from two different manufacturers, and multiplex NAT(HBV, HCV and HIV single person NAT).Eleven NAT reactive donors were tracked and detected.Results From 2012 to 2017,491 159 volunteer blood donors were tested.0.33% of them were single NAT reactive,and 30% of them were discriminated as HBV DNA.From 2016 to 2017, 233 deferred donors were back to test again,the results were 24.5%(57/233)NAT reactive,75.5%(176/233)NAT non-reactive.Among the 233 blood donors,76 donors were previously discriminated as HBV DNA, 44.7%(34/76)tested again were NAT non-reactive, 157 blood donors were previously non-discriminated reactive,and 90.4%(142/157)tested again were NAT non-reactive. Eleven NAT reactive blood donors were tracked,among them eight cases were NAT reactive,and three cases were NAT non-reactive.Conclusion Reentry of NAT reactive blood donors is very necessary and meaningful.Blood stations should be based on actual conditions,to establish a suitable strategy for reentry of donors by single NAT reactive,and constantly improve.
