摘要:
目的 通過觀察七葉洋地黃雙苷滴眼液及視覺訓(xùn)練對(duì)中高度近視激光原位角膜磨 鑲術(shù)(LASIK)術(shù)后視功能恢復(fù)療效,探討LASIK術(shù)后改善視疲勞的有效方法。方法 前瞻、隨機(jī) 選取飛秒激光LASIK手術(shù)的中高度近視患者,根據(jù)治療方式分為對(duì)照、藥物及藥物訓(xùn)練組各40 例(80眼,中高度近視例數(shù)各半)。對(duì)照組常規(guī)藥物治療,藥物組常規(guī)藥物加七葉洋地黃雙苷滴 眼液治療,藥物訓(xùn)練組常規(guī)藥物加七葉洋地黃雙苷滴眼液及個(gè)性化視覺訓(xùn)練。七葉洋地黃雙 苷滴眼液治療及個(gè)性化視覺訓(xùn)練于術(shù)后1周開始。分別進(jìn)行術(shù)前,術(shù)后1周及1、3個(gè)月的視疲 勞問卷評(píng)分和視功能檢查。結(jié)果 術(shù)后1周視疲勞問卷評(píng)分分?jǐn)?shù)增加,調(diào)節(jié)反應(yīng)有所超前,單眼 調(diào)節(jié)幅度及正/負(fù)相對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)下降。術(shù)后1個(gè)月視疲勞問卷調(diào)查評(píng)分分?jǐn)?shù)開始下降; 調(diào)節(jié)反應(yīng)逐 漸恢復(fù)正常; 單眼調(diào)節(jié)幅度恢復(fù)幅度藥物及藥物訓(xùn)練組好于對(duì)照組(P<0.05); 正 相對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)藥物及藥物訓(xùn)練組比術(shù)前好轉(zhuǎn),治療效果藥物訓(xùn)練組好于藥物組 (P<0.05); 負(fù)相對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)藥物訓(xùn)練組恢復(fù)快于藥物及對(duì)照組; 單眼調(diào)節(jié)靈敏度各組 均比術(shù)前好轉(zhuǎn),藥物訓(xùn)練組好于藥物及對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。術(shù)后3個(gè)月單眼調(diào)節(jié)幅度 恢復(fù)幅度藥物訓(xùn)練組好于藥物組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 七葉洋地黃雙苷滴眼液能恢復(fù) 和改善LASIK術(shù)后患者的眼部調(diào)節(jié)功能,而結(jié)合個(gè)性化的視覺訓(xùn)練能縮短恢復(fù)調(diào)節(jié)功能時(shí)間和 增加改善調(diào)節(jié)功能效果。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effective methods of improving visual fatigue after laser in stiu keratomileusis(LASIK)by observing the effect of esculin and digitalisglycosides eyes drops and visual training in recovering visual function of patients with medium and high myopia after LASIK.Methods The patients with medium and high myopia treated by LASIK with Femtosecond Laser were prospectively and randomly divided into control group,drug group and drug training group.Each group contained 40 patients(80 eyes),which medium and high myopia patients were even.Control group was given routine drug,while esculin and digitalisglycosides eyes drops was added in Drug group.Drug training group added personalized visual training in addition to the treatment above.Different treatments started at 1 week after surgery.Visual fatigue questionnaire score and visual function were measured before surgery,1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery.Results After surgery visual fatigue questionnaire score increased, adjusting reaction advanced, the monocular accommodative amplitude and positive/ negative relative accommodation descended after 1 week.But visual fatigue questionnaire score began to decline and adjusting reaction returned to normal gradually after 1 month.The recovery changes of the monocular accommodative amplitude of drug group and drug training group were significantly larger than that of control group(P<0.05).The positive relative accommodation of drug group and drug training group were better than that of before surgery.The changes of drug training group were significantly larger than that of drug group(P<0.05).The negative relative accommodation of drug training group recovered faster than the other groups.However the monocular accommodative sensitivity were all better than before.The effect of drug training group was significantly better than the others(P<0.05).After 3 months,the recovery changes of the monocular accommodative amplitude of drug training group was significantly better than that of drug group (P<0.05).Conclusion Esculin and digitalisglycosides eyes drops can recover and improve the patients accommodative functions.Furthermore personalized visual training can shorten the recovery time and improve the effect.
