摘要:
目的 總結射頻消融止血在肝膽疾病超聲介入穿刺后出血的救治體會。方法 分析我 科2015年1月至2018年12月收治的8例行超聲介入穿刺后出血患者的臨床資料,對射頻消融治療后 的療效進行總結。結果 8例患者行超聲介入穿刺后出現(xiàn)出血,經射頻消融治療后,8例均有效地控 制出血,其中1例1個月后出血消融部位出現(xiàn)膿腫,予以穿刺引流后治愈。結論 射頻消融能控制超 聲介入穿刺出血,且安全、可靠,為臨床提供了新的搶救、治療思路。
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the treatment experience of radiofrequency ablation hemostasis in patients with hepatobiliary diseases after ultrasound interventional puncture.Methods The clinical data of eight cases of bleeding after ultrasound interventional puncture admitted to our department from January 2015 to December 2018 were analyzed, and the efficacy after radiofrequency ablation was summarized.Results In total, eight patients had bleeding after ultrasound interventional puncture, and all eight patients had effective control of bleeding after radiofrequency ablation.One patient had abscess at the ablation site of bleeding one month later, which was cured after puncture and drainage.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation can control the bleeding caused by ultrasound interventional puncture, and it is safe and reliable.
