摘要:
目的 研究近紅外光譜(NIRs)技術(shù)結(jié)合化學計量法構(gòu)建定性、定量分析模型對中藥制 劑中的馬兜鈴酸進行檢測。方法 應用NIRs結(jié)合主成分分析法(PCA)對關(guān)木通、川木通以及含有 不同濃度的馬兜鈴酸I的淀粉樣本進行定性分析。采用NIRs結(jié)合偏最小二乘法(PLS)對仿中藥制 劑樣品中馬兜鈴酸I的含量進行定量分析,用6種預處理方法對光譜圖進行優(yōu)化,建立仿中藥制劑 樣品定量分析模型。結(jié)果 定性分析模型具有100%判別率,并找到了最優(yōu)的SG卷積平滑二階預處 理方法,確立了定量分析模型。結(jié)論 NIRs技術(shù)可為中藥制劑中馬兜鈴酸含量的檢測提供一種準 確、易行、成本低、適用性廣的新方法。
Abstract:
Objective To use near infrared spectrum(NIRs)technology to construct the qualitative and quantitative models for detecting aristolochic acid concentrations in traditional Chinese preparations.Methods The NIRs combined with principal component analysis(PCA)was employed to conduct the qualitative analysis and the NIR spectra combined with partial least squares(PLS)was used to quantitatively analyze the concentrations of aristolochic acid in the imitative traditional Chinese preparation samples via employing six pretreatment methods.Results The accuracy rate of the qualitative model was up to 100%, and the Savitzky-Golay second derivative preparing method was identified to be the best one to achieve the quantitative model.Conclusion The NIR spectroscopy can provide an accurate, convenient, low cost, and widely applicable method for the detection of the content of aristolochic acid in the traditional Chinese preparations.
