摘要:
目的 觀察二維應(yīng)變率成像技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者左心房功能的效果。方法 選取類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者30例,對(duì)照組30例,分別進(jìn)行超聲心動(dòng)圖檢查,二維測(cè)量左心房前后徑 (LAD)、左心房容積(LAV),左心房容積指數(shù)(LAVI),采用二維應(yīng)變率成像技術(shù)測(cè)量?jī)山M左心房各 壁心肌收縮期SRs峰、舒張?jiān)缙赟Re峰、舒張晚期SRa峰的峰值應(yīng)變率,計(jì)算左心房心肌平均應(yīng)變 率峰值(mSRs、mSRe、mSRa)。結(jié)果 類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎組與對(duì)照組比較,兩組左心房大小及容積差 異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05); 與對(duì)照組比較,類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎組左心房心肌平均應(yīng)變 率mSRs、mSRe峰值降低,mSRa峰值增高,兩組差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 二維應(yīng)變率成像技術(shù)可準(zhǔn)確定量評(píng)價(jià)類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者左心房功能的變化,為臨床早期發(fā)現(xiàn) 類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者心功能損害提供診斷依據(jù)。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the left atrial function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis by two-dimensional strain rate imaging.Methods Thirteen patients with rheumatoid arthritis and thirteen healthy people as control group were examined by echocardiography.The left atrial diameter(LAD), left atrial volume(LAV)and left atrial volume index(LAVI)were measured in two-dimension.The peak strain rate of SRs in systolic, peak strain rate of SRe in early diastolic and peak strain rate of SRa in late diastolic were measured at each wall of left atrial by two-dimensional strain rate imaging,the mean peak strain rate (mSRs,mSRe,mSRa)were calculated by averaging data in all segments.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the size and volume of left atrial between the rheumatoid arthritis group and the control group (P>0.05).Compared with the control group, mSRs and mSRe of rheumatoid arthritis group were lower, mSRa of rheumatoid arthritis group was higher, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Two-dimensional strain rate imaging can quantitatively evaluate the change of left atrial function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and provide diagnostic basis for the early detection of heart function damage in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
