摘要:
目的 研究神經(jīng)根型頸椎病后炎性因子與神經(jīng)根性疼痛的相關(guān)性,將神經(jīng)根型頸椎病后出現(xiàn)的神經(jīng)根性疼痛程度量化和數(shù)據(jù)化,指導(dǎo)臨床用藥劑量和治療,更好地評判療效。方法 收集2016年10月至2017年10月在我院住院治療的符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者20例作為觀察組,健康體檢者20例作為對照組; 采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法檢測靜脈血中炎性因子IL-1、IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α表達(dá)水平,采用VAS評分評價各組神經(jīng)根性疼痛程度,采用相關(guān)性分析研究IL-1、IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α表達(dá)水平和VAS評分之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 與對照組比較,觀察組的IL-1、IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α表達(dá)水平均顯著增高,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05); VAS評分顯著增高,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。神經(jīng)根型頸椎病發(fā)生后炎性因子IL-1、IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α表達(dá)水平與神經(jīng)根性疼痛呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論 神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者靜脈血中炎性因子IL-1、IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α表達(dá)水平較正常人高,與神經(jīng)根性疼痛之間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系,可作為指標(biāo)反映神經(jīng)根性疼痛程度,將神經(jīng)根性疼痛量化和數(shù)據(jù)化,有利于指導(dǎo)臨床用藥劑量和治療,更好地評判療效。
Abstract:
Objective To study the correlation between inflammatory factors and nerve root pain of the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,to make the degree of the pain quantitative, guide the dosage of clinical medication and treatment, and to judge the curative effect better.Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,20 hospital patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were chosen as the observation group and 20 normal persons as control group. ELISA was used to detect the expression level of IL-1, IL-6, IL-18 and TNF-α. Visual analogue scale was used to evaluate the degree of nerve root pain. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between IL-1, IL-6, IL-18, TNF-α and nerve root pain. Results Compared with the control group, the expression levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-18 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the observation group with statistical significance(P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the VAS score of the observation group was higher with statistical significance(P<0.01). The expression level of IL-1, IL-6, IL-18, and TNF-α was positively correlated with nerve root pain after cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Conclusion The expression levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-18, and TNF-α in the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy are higher than those in normal person. The expression levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-18, and TNF-α are positively correlated with nerve root pain after cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, which are the indexes to reflect degree of nerve root pain and make the pain quantitative to guide the dosage of clinical medication and treatment, and to judge the curative effect better.
