PBL教學法在口腔修復學教學改革中應用的嘗試-《福建醫(yī)藥雜志》

摘要:: 目的探索PBL(problem-basedlearning)教學法在口腔修復學教學中的效果.方法將2014級口腔醫(yī)學1班學生作為觀察組(93人),使用PBL和傳統(tǒng)教學法相結合的教學方式;2014級口腔醫(yī)學2班學生作為對照組(90人),完全使用傳統(tǒng)教學法教學.結合183名學生的《口腔修復學》成績比較及問卷調查學生的學習效果來評價PBL教學法的效果.結果兩組學生的《口腔修復學》理論成績比較的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05),實踐技能成績比較的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05).問卷調查揭示,PBL教學法能有效提高學生的學習興趣、文獻收集及交際等能力.結論PBL教學法可調動學生的學習積極性,提高學生的實踐操作能力,達到口腔修復學教學改革的要求.

Abstract:: Objective To explore the effects of problem-based learning(PBL)in prosthodontics teaching.Methods The students came from class 1 grade 2014 were selected into observational group and the students came from class 2 grade 2014 were selected into the control group.The PBL method and the traditional method were used in experimental group,and traditional teaching was the only way used in the control group.The effects of PBL method were estimated by comparing the examination results of prosthodontics and the questionnaire.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the score of theoretical lesson of prosthodontics between experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference in operational score of prosthodontics between experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The results of questionnaire showed that PBL can effectively improve the students'' interest in learning,literature collection,and communication ability,etc.Conclusion PBL method can stimulate students'' study enthusiasm,improve the students'' operational ability,which achieve the requirement of prosthodontics teaching reform.
