摘要:: 目的探討宮腹腔鏡聯(lián)合Cook導(dǎo)絲介入治療輸卵管近端阻塞性不孕的臨床療效.方法回顧性分析86例輸卵管近端阻塞患者的臨床資料,分為宮腹腔鏡聯(lián)合導(dǎo)絲介入(觀察組)及宮腹腔鏡聯(lián)合輸卵管導(dǎo)管插管(對照組)兩組進(jìn)行療效對比分析.結(jié)果觀察組復(fù)通率81.39%,術(shù)后12個(gè)月受孕率66.74%;對照組復(fù)通率53.49%,術(shù)后12個(gè)月受孕率44.19%,兩組兩指標(biāo)比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05).結(jié)論宮腹腔鏡聯(lián)合導(dǎo)絲介入治療輸卵管近端阻塞優(yōu)于宮腹腔鏡聯(lián)合輸卵管導(dǎo)管插管,值得推廣.

Abstract:: Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopy-laparoscopy combined with Cook guidewire in the treatment of oviduct proximal obstruction.Methods The clinical effects of 86 women with oviduct proximal obstruction were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups:hysteroscope-laparoscope combined with guidewire group (observation group),and hysteroscope-laparoscope combined with tubal catheterization (control group).Results Observation group:successful rate was 81.39%,and pregnancy rate in 12 months was 66.74%;control group:successful rate was 53.49%,and pregnancy rate in 12 months was 44.19%.There were significant differences in successful rate and pregnancy rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of hysteroscope-laparoscope combined with guidewire in the treatment of oviduct proximal obstruction is better than that of hysteroscope-laparoscope combined with tubal catheterization and it is worth spreading.
